the staff was really courteous and helpful. You'll be amazed at the fresh food served here. Despite the dingy approach road, the hotel is easily accessible by cab and also it's only a 20-minute walk to the city. the glass valley room with its view of the rice paddy fields was amazing. They even provided a heater and blankets for the cold nights. the bar upstairs is a perfect place for relaxation and the hot stone bath was a great last-minute experience.
One aspect could improve a bit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was really sweet and helpful; they did their best to accommodate my requests. The hotel facilities were also great and I loved the bar upstairs. The location was great for exploring nearby tourist attractions, and the owner was always available to help and answer questions.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is modern and well, maintained, with glass, walled rooms that offer stunning views of the surrounding valleys and rice fields. the bar upstairs is a great place to enjoy a drink and the staff are incredibly sweet and accommodating.

Had a great Christmas stay at this modern hotel just a short distance from town. Loved the glass valley room with its beautiful view of the valley and rice paddies. The bar upstairs was also a cozy place to hang out and enjoy the Bhutanese rice beer. Plus, the staff were really sweet and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel's location was a bit outside of town and the approach road was a bit broken and dingy. Plus, there was no lift in the hotel which could be difficult for elderly guests.
